Part 1. Baking with Caniche Bakery

Today we visited Caniche French Bakery where Miss Sarah taught us all about sourdough bread cultures. She explained the difference between other types of bread with yeast and sourdough bread. The children also got to roll some croissant dough and taste some of the freshly baked croissants! Thank you Caniche, we had a great time and learnt lots!
